How To Become A Dental Assistant in Florida
Dental assistants typically work in dentist offices. This career path involves working with other people, including dentists and patients. Florida dental assistants do not need a license to practice. Yet, board-approved training allows dental assistants to qualify for expanded duties. Florida rule 64B5-16.005 details the tasks that trained dental assistants may take on.
